Expropiacion. En los términos del artículo 11 de la Ley 61 de 1978, declárase de utilidad pública o interés social, las obras y acciones necesarias para la ejecución de planes de desarrollo urbano y la constitución de reservas futuras expansiones de las ciudades, o para la protección del sistema ecológico, dispuestos por las autoridades competentes del área metropolitana.
