El INPA será contraparte nacional en todos aquellos proyectos de investigación, preinversión o estudios relacionados con la actividad pesquera que fueren financiados o ejecutados por organismos extranjeros o por instituciones internacionales, previamente autorizados por el Gobierno Nacional.
