La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia queda facultada para establecer dicha tarifa una vez concluidos los respectivos estudios. Mientras esto ocurre quedan vigentes las tarifas que se han venido aplicando a este producto según el Acuerdo 788 de 1979 aprobado por Decreto 853 de 1979.
