Auxiliase la carretera que pasando por Cambao debe ir al Bajo Magdalena, frente al puerto de La Dorada, con la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000).

Auxíliase la carretera que partiendo de Zipaquirá va a Palanquero, en el Bajo Magdalena, pasando por Pacho y por Utica, con la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000).
