Parágrafo

del artículo 312 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, a partir del momento en que la Nación y sus entidades descentralizadas reduzcan su participación total en el Banco Popular por debajo del cincuenta por ciento (50%) de su capital social, en adición a las operaciones autorizadas, los establecimientos bancarios facultados para realizar venta de mercaderías u otros objetos negociables a través del mecanismo de martillo.
