Cuando no se puede obtener la mayoría requerida para la decisión, se debe llamar por turno a otro u otros Magistrados de la misma Sala para que la forme, o sortear al Conjuez o Conjueces necesarios.

Son aplicables a los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial las disposiciones de los artículos 50, 51 y 52.
