Desmaterialización . Todos los bonos emitidos por la Nación serán desmaterializados. Los emitidos por otras entidades, públicas o privadas, podrán serlo, si así lo determina el emisor. En estos casos será aplicable lo dispuesto en el Decreto 2555 de 2010 y normas que lo sustituyan o complementen. (Decreto 1748 de 1995, artículo 53)
