DECLARATORIA DE AUSENTE. Cumplidas las anteriores formalidades, el presidente declarará ausentes a quienes figuren en la resolución de convocatoria cuya comparecencia no se haya obtenido, y si tampoco comparece el defensor que ha venido actuando, hará los respectivos nombramientos de defensores de oficio y les dará posesión.
