Art. 4.° Asígnanse los sueldos mensuales siguientes: Al Injeniero principal, ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150). A cada uno de los Injenieros auxiliares, cien pesos ($ 100).

Parágrafo 1

° Los individuos a quienes se confieran estos destinos tendrán derecho a sus respectivos sueldos desde el día en que empiecen a ejercer sus funciones.

Parágrafo 2

° Las nóminas de dichos empleados vendrán visadas por el Injeniero en Jefe del Cuerpo de Injenieros europeos.
