Duración de las autorizaciones. Las autorizaciones o contratos, en el marco de la fase de exploración, tendrán una duración máxima de un (1) año, que podrá ser prorrogado hasta por un tiempo igual al inicial, por una sola vez. Para que proceda la prórroga deberá acreditarse la inversión de al menos el 50% de las inversiones programadas en la fase de exploración.
