Pacto arbitral. El artículo 2° del Decreto 2279 de 1989, quedará así: “ Artículo 2° . Por medio del pacto arbitral, que comprende la cláusula compromisoria y el compromiso, las partes se obligan a someter sus diferencias a la decisión de un Tribunal Arbitral, renunciando a hacer valer sus pretensiones ante los jueces.”
