El precio de las tocatas particulares se dividirá en cinco partes: una se enviará inmediatamente en calidad de depósito al Pagador Central, por orden del Comandante General de la 1ª División; y las cuatro partes restantes se distribuirán entre los músicos que prestaron el servicio, proporcionalmente con relación á las aptitudes de cada uno. Hará la distribución el músico mayor, de acuerdo con el Director de la Banda. Este último no tendrá en ningún caso participación alguna en el precio de las tocatas particulares.
