Fomento . El Gobierno Nacional fomentaría la microempresa y la industria dedicadas a la fabricación de implementos deportivos o recreativos. Los organismos que hacen parte del Sistema Nacional del Deporte preferirán los implementos deportivos y recreativos que cumplan las condiciones técnicas específicas fabricados por la microempresa o industria nacional.
