El primer auto o providencia que en estos casos dicten los Alcaldes, ordenando la referida restitución, se notificara personalmente a los ocupantes materiales de las zonas usurpadas, o a sus administradores o mayordomos...Las demás providencias se notificaran en la forma que detalla el artículo 310 del Código Judicial.
