LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.9.19.1.1Servicios de sociedades comisionistas de bolsa de valores prestados por medio de corresponsales.

Las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa de valores podrán prestar los servicios a que se refiere el artículo 2.9.19.1.2 del presente decreto, bajo su plena responsabilidad, a través de terceros corresponsales, quienes actuarán en todo caso por cuenta de la sociedad comisionista de bolsa de valores, en los términos del presente Título.
