Art.9. o En los puertos marítimos donde fuere necesario, a juicio del Poder Ejecutivo, habrá uno o mas prácticos, a cada uno de los cuales se asignará una pension eventual de cuatro a doce pesos por la entrada de cada buque que lo pidiere, i cuya maniobra dirija.
