Autorizase al Gobierno para que con la apropiación liquidada en el Presupuesto vigente para atender a los gastos de la Comisión de Aduanas, creada por la Ley 4 a del presente año, atienda también al pago del auxilio de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) autorizado por la Ley 59 de este año a favor de la Exposición Nacional que se verificara en Bogotá.
