ARTICULO 81 . INDICADORES PARA OFICIALES, SUBOFICIALES Y PERSONAL DEL NIVEL EJECUTIVO. La evaluación de los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del niel ejecutivo se elabora con base en los siguientes indicadores

Condiciones personales.

2.

Moral.

3.

Virtudes policiales.

4.

Formación profesional.

5.

Capacidad para el ejercicio del mando.

6.

Capacidad para administrar.

7.

Espíritu de superación.

8.

Relaciones con la comunidad.

9.

Relaciones con las autoridades.

10.

Desempeño en el cargo.

11.

Responsabilidad como evaluador o revisor.
