Decreto 87 de 1998 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 948 de 1988, por el cual se fija la proporción en que debe distribuirse entre los municipios afectados, el Impuesto de Industria y Comercio que corresponde pagar a las centrales hidroeléctricas de El Paraíso y La Guaca.
