Los Fondos Rotatorios podrán admitir, mediante renuncia de los riesgos respectivos, a los trabajadores afectados de invalidez, o enfermedad existente en el momento de entrar al servicio, de conformidad con los artículos 340, 341 y 342 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, y demás disposiciones reglamentarias, previo concepto de la Jefatura de Sanidad de la respectiva Fuerza.
