Artículo diez y seis: Los sorteos serán públicos y presidios por un funcionario designado por el Superintendente Bancario. El sorteo se hará constar en acta y se publicará una relación de los números favorecidos, indicando la fecha a partir de la cual deberán ser presentados al cobro, que no será posterior en más de un mes a la del sorteo.
