Artículo único. La condición 2ª del artículo 1º de la ley 47 de 1919 , quedara así:

"2º Que el Hospital de San Juan de Dios de Bogotá se obligue a reembolsar a los Asilos de Locos de la misma ciudad el valor del terreno que se adquiera o se haya adquirido para dichos Asilos y que en concepto de la Academia Nacional de Medicina y de la Dirección Nacional de Higiene, sea adecuado para la construcción de un manicomio moderno".

Derógase el parágrafo del mencionado artículo.
