Cuando el extranjero pertenezca a una comunidad o institución religiosa, el contrato de trabajo será reemplazado por certificación expedida por el representante legal de la comunidad o institución en el país, que deberá contener

Compromiso de la comunidad o institución religiosa de responsabilizarse por las actividades del extranjero en el territorio nacional y por los gastos que ocasione su permanencia;

Solvencia económica de la comunidad o institución;

Cláusula incondicional de regreso.
