Artículo trigésimotercero . Cuando las sociedades mutuarias realicen actividades que por su naturaleza requieran el control de otros organismos del estado, dicho control se ejercerá teniendo en cuenta las características propias de las sociedades en coordinación con el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas de acuerdo con las competencias establecidas en las leyes.
