º . De los créditos y planes de vivienda . De acuerdo con las reglamentaciones existentes sobre la materia, los empleados públicos de las Entidades tendrán derecho a disfrutar de los servicios de crédito hipotecario a través del Fondo Rotatorio para Vivienda. Igualmente sus empleados públicos gozarán de prelación en las adjudicaciones y escogencia de vivienda, dentro de los planes que al respecto desarrolle el I. C. T.

Parágrafo

Para los servicios del Crédito hipotecario, el instituto de Crédito Territorial, destinará al Fondo Rotatorio para vivienda una suma anual equivalente a 13.300 veces el salario Mínimo legal mensual.
