Las personas obligadas a la deducción y retención de que tratan los artículos 6º y 7º de esta Ley, que no cumplan su obligación, a más de hacerse responsables por el valor de las sumas que estén obligadas a entregar a las Cooperativas, sufrirán multas de $ 10 a $ 500, que impondrá el Superintendente de Cooperativas, previa comprobación de los hechos.
