REGISTRO. Todos los alimentos o bebidas que se expendan bajo marca de fábrica y con nombres determinados, requerirán registro expedido conforme a lo establecido en el presente Estatuto y la reglamentación que al efecto establezca el Ministerio de Salud.

Parágrafo

Se prohíbe el expendio de alimentos o bebidas con registro en trámite. DE LAS CARNES, SUS DERIVADOS Y AFINES MATADEROS
