Declárase vía nacional la que partiendo de la ciudad de La Plata, en el Departamento del Huila, atraviesa la región de Tierraadentro por las márgenes del río Páez, y desciende al Valle del Cauca, por las riberas del río Palo, hasta el puente sobre el río de este nombre, en el camino que une las poblaciones de Corínto y Caloto del Departamento de Cauca.
