Los bienes y, en general, los recursos de las asociaciones de municipios solo podrán destinarse a la creación, mejoras y sostenimiento de sus servicios, o a obras de interés colectivo. La responsabilidad de los municipios que se asocien estará limitada a sus respectivos aportes patrimoniales.
