º Toda empresa de transportes establecida o que se establezca en el país, está en la obligación de dar exacto cumplimiento a los itinerarios aprobados y a cumplir estrictamente las conexiones adaptadas por razón de los mismos.

Parágrafo

Exceptúanse aquellos casos en donde haya causa de fuerza mayor comprobada.
