Condiciones para examen de habilitación. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que en cursos de capacitación o especialización para ascenso no aprobaren una o dos materias, tendrán derecho a un examen de habilitación seis (6) meses después.

Parágrafo

Quienes no aprobaren. La habilitación perderá el curso y serán retirados del servicio activo por incapacidad profesional.
