Articulo 9°. Créanse los cargos de director del fondo de bienestar vereda, secretario abogado del mismo. Jefe de la unidad de evaluación de proyectos y jefe de unidad financiera, en consonancia con la organización administrativa fijada por el artículo 4 del presente decreto. La asignación de sueldos y la creación de los demás cargos que se refieren para el cumplimiento delos objetivos del fondo se hará por el gobierno nacional, de conformidad con las disposiciones que rigen la materia y las facultades que sobre el particular le competen.
