DE LAS MULTAS. Los funcionarios que ejercen el control y vigilancia sobre el trabajo de menores, están facultados para imponer multas por el equivalente de uno (1) hasta siete (7) salarios mínimos legales mensuales, según la gravedad de la infracción y mientras esta subsista. El valor de estas multas, será consignado a favor del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA, con destino al Fondo Especial para la capacitación de los trabajadores menores de dieciocho (18) años de edad, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 20 de la Ley 20 de 1982.
