º La porción del producto del empréstito que corresponda a la Compañía será depositada en la oficina u oficinas que designe el Gobierno, de acuerdo con la Compañía para invertirlo en la construcción y equipo del ferrocarril. Todo giro que se haga en cualquier forma sobre dicha porción deberá ser firmado por el Representante del Gobierno y por el Gerente de la Compañía o por el empleado que ella designe
