° Si la elección se hiciere con posterioridad al 1° de enero, de 1975, los elegidos desempeñarán el cargo hasta completar el período de cinco años que estuviere en curso, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto por el artículo 12° del Decreto 250-de 1970.
