Ningún funcionario docente o administrativo podrá percibir doble porcentaje de los establecidos en los artículos 17, 18, 20, y 27, del presente Decreto, así como tampoco podrán percibir dobles asignaciones adicionales por horas a que se refieren los artículos 20 y 26, ibídem, ni podrá hacerse reconocer cualquier otro tipo de asignaciones adicionales, porcentajes o primas a cargo de los Fondos de Servicios Docentes u otro rubro o cuenta asignada a los Institutos Docentes.
