Para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley destinase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30.000) que se incluirá en el Presupuesto de cada vigencia fiscal, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno abra los créditos pertinentes a la Ley de Apropiaciones, llegado el caso.
