Uso De Las Redes De Telecomunicaciones Que Utilicen Frecuencias Radioeléctricas Destinadas Al Servicio Móvil Aeronáutico Y A La Radionavegación Aeronáutica En Caso De Estados De Excepción

Uso de las redes de telecomunicaciones que utilicen frecuencias radioeléctricas destinadas al servicio móvil aeronáutico y a la radionavegación aeronáutica en caso de estados de excepción. En casos de emergencia económica, social y ecológica, conmoción interior, guerra exterior y calamidad pública, el Gobierno Nacional podrá hacer uso de las redes de telecomunicaciones que utilicen frecuencias radioeléctricas destinadas al servicio móvil aeronáutico y a la radionavegación aeronáutica, para proteger y garantizar la seguridad de la vida humana, y realizar las comunicaciones que los distintos estamentos gubernamentales requieran.
