Cuando la multa no se cancelare en el término fijado por el artículo anterior, copia de la resolución ejecutoriada se enviará a la respectiva autoridad de Ejecuciones Fiscales, al día siguiente de tal ejecutoria. El funcionario de Ejecuciones Fiscales hará efectiva la multa a que se refiere el inciso precedente por el procedimiento legal establecido, en beneficio del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia.
