º . Contabilidad pública departamental. La contabilidad pública departamental está conformada, además de la contabilidad del Sector Central del departamento, por la de las entidades u organismos descentralizados territorialmente o por servicios, que lo integran, y la de cualquier otra entidad que tenga a su cargo el manejo o administración de recursos del departamento y sólo en lo relacionado con estos.
