ART 282. La Corte Suprema, cuando reconozca del recurso de nulidad interpuesto contra sentencias de tribunales militares, observará las disposiciones legales sobre recurso de casación en lo criminal respecto de sentencias de tribunales civiles superiores, en cuanto no sean contrarias al Código Militar.
