Inembargabilidad. Serán inembargables las unidades en que se expresa el valor del patrimonio del Fondo, salvo aquellas originadas en los depósitos voluntarios a que se refiere el artículo 31 de este Decreto, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 344 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
