º En las adjudicaciones de mayor cuantía, cuando la extensión superficiaria del terreno no exceda de doscientas hectáreas, la presentación del plano a que se refiere el artículo 55 del Código Fiscal, podrá suplirse con la del croquis del terreno y con la práctica de la inspección ocular de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto, formalidades que se llenarán en la oportunidad indicada por el inciso 2º del artículo 74 del Código Fiscal.
