Artículo segundo. Una vez disponibles los fondos producto de las ventas en la cuenta indicada en el artículo anterior, y legalizados los contratos que se celebren en cumplimiento a la Ley 22 de 1959, el Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales procederá poner a disposición del Ministerio de Salud Pública los dineros, con el fin de atender a la construcción y dotación de dependencias al citado Ministerio.
