RESERVA LEGAL. La Junta Directiva ordenará acreditar la reserva legal, al cierre de cada ejercicio en la forma y cuantía que ordena la ley, así como las demás reservas que con destinación específica considere del caso constituir, para su posterior aprobación con el balance. El Fondo de Reserva Legal no podrá ser reducido, salvo para atender pérdidas en exceso de utilidades no decretadas.
