Dentro del término de treinta (30) días hábiles, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente decreto, Ecopetrol y Ecogás celebrarán el convenio mediante el cual regularán las condiciones para la entrega material y transferencia del porcentaje de la propiedad de la Estación Compresora de Apiay que se escinde a favor de Ecogás y establecerán las condiciones técnicas y económicas de utilización del activo objeto de escisión.
