Control del servicio. Para el ejercicio de las funciones de inspección de los servicios postales, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrá exigir a los concesionarios y licenciatarios la exhibición periódica de los libros de contabilidad y demás documentos que guarden relación con la prestación del servicio.
