Desistimiento . Se entenderá que el peticionario ha desistido de su solicitud si hecho el requerimiento de completar los requisitos, los documentos o las informaciones de que trata los dos artículos anteriores, no da respuesta en el término de dos (2) meses. Acto seguido se archivará el expediente, sin perjuicio de que el interesado presente posteriormente una nueva solicitud.
