al artículo 1° del Decreto número 2637 de 2012, así:

Parágrafo

Para efectos de este decreto no se entienden como comercializadores de minerales y por tanto no tienen la obligación de inscribirse en el RUCOM, quienes comercializan los productos ya elaborados para joyería y los consumidores ocasionales de minerales. Se entiende por consumidores ocasionales de minerales, aquellas personas jurídicas o naturales que adquieren minerales de manera no regular en el tiempo, los cuales no hacen parte de un proceso o actividad económica y solamente son usados en el desarrollo de una actividad puntual y concreta.
