° Los Alcaldes, Corregidores e Inspectores de Policía quedan encargados del .cumplimiento de esta disposición, teniendo presente qué el objeto de ella no es estorbar el ejercicio del derecho del sufragio a ningún ciudadano, ni particularmente a los que habitan en parajes lejanos de las cabecerás de los Municipios y Corregimientos, sino prohibir el tránsito intermunicipal, con el objeto dé impedir el voto de unos mismos individuos en dos o más Municipios, y las aglomeraciones que puedan dar lugar a perturbaciones del orden.
